Translator’s Remarks on Karl Rahner’s “The Foundations of a Theory of Knowledge with Joseph Maréchal”

The essay introduces the English translation of Karl Rahner’s early writing, “The Foundations of a Theory of Knowledge with Joseph Maréchal.” This piece, written in 1927, provides insight into Rahner’s early formation, especially as it relates to the thought of the Belgian Jesuit Maréchal.
